Q: Where can I buy an Ultimate Game Card?

A: The Ultimate Game Card is available at an ever-increasing number of retailers near you. Please go to the Where To Buy page to find the closest retailer to you.

Q: How do I redeem my card?

A: To redeem your Ultimate Game Card, go to the Redeem Your Card page, select the Game/Service of your choice, and follow the instructions provided.

Q: Can I purchase cards directly from you?

A: The Ultimate Game Card is currently available in retail stores across North America (US & Canada). Please go to the Where To Buy page to find the closest retailer to you. If you would like to become an Ultimate Game Card Reseller, you can visit our Reseller Page. The Ultimate Game Card is also available on Amazon, as a direct purchase. You can visit the Amazon store here.

Q: Will I need more than one card for a game?

A: This is dependent upon the Game you choose to play, and the face value of the Ultimate Game Card you possess. At the present time, the face value of the Ultimate Game Card is USD $10 and $20. If you choose any game that costs more than USD $10 ( or ) $20, you will need multiple Ultimate Game Cards to complete your purchase. Please note that some game sites may require you to have purchased boxed software previously, or may charge for an additional fee for a software download in order to play the game.

Q: Can I change my mind after I have redeemed a card?

A: No. All Ultimate Game Card sales are final per the Ultimate Game Card Terms of Service.

Q: Can I split the value of a card among games?

A: No. Once you have used your Ultimate Game Card to purchase a game, any remaining balance must be used for that game. Balances not transferable to another game.

Q: Can I use my card for games not on your list?

A: No. The Ultimate Game Card may only be redeemed with Games and Services that are available on the Ultimate Game Card website, found on the Redeem Your Card page.

Q: What is a PayByCash Pixel™?

A: A PayByCash Pixel™ is a form of digital currency, with your remaining balance, which may only be applied toward future purchases for the same game, by the same user account.

Q: Can I cash out my PayByCash Pixels™?

A: No. Ultimate Game Card PayByCash Pixels™ have no actual cash value and are not refundable or convertible back into cash. Pixels must be used within two years of Ultimate Game Card redemption or they are forfeit.

Q: How long is my Ultimate Game Card good for? Will it expire?

A: Your Ultimate Game Card must be redeemed within one year from the date of activation (the date you purchased your Ultimate Game Card from a retailer.)

Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my game account?

A: No. All Ultimate Game Card sales are final per the Ultimate Game Card Terms of Service.

Q: I want to play a specific game on the Ultimate Game Card site, but I can't find an Ultimate Game Card in my local store that features that game.

A: You can buy any Ultimate Game Card, and use it for any game displayed on the Ultimate Game Card website - regardless of the game(s) featured on the front of the card.

Q: Do 7-11 Stores In Singapore Carry The Ultimate Game Card?

A: At present, only United States 7-Eleven locations are carrying the Ultimate Game Cards. When new countries are available, it will be posted on our Where To Buy page.

Q: I still can't find an Ultimate Game Card at Wal-mart even though it's supposed to be in one of the stores you listed.

A: Please try checking in the electronics section near the computer and console video game systems. While Wal-mart carries many brand name gift cards near their checkouts, most video-gaming related cards are in their electronics department.
