A: This is dependent upon the Game you choose to play, and the face value of the Ultimate Game Card you possess. At the present time, the face value of the Ultimate Game Card is USD $10 and $20. If you choose any game that costs more than USD $10 ( or ) $20, you will need multiple Ultimate Game Cards to complete your purchase. Please note that some game sites may require you to have purchased boxed software previously, or may charge for an additional fee for a software download in order to play the game.
Q: Can I change my mind after I have redeemed a card?
A: No. All Ultimate Game Card sales are final per the Ultimate Game Card Terms of Service.
Q: Can I split the value of a card among games?
A: No. Once you have used your Ultimate Game Card to purchase a game, any remaining balance must be used for that game. Balances not transferable to another game.

A: A PayByCash Pixel™ is a form of digital currency, with your remaining balance, which may only be applied toward future purchases for the same game, by the same user account.
Q: Can I cash out my PayByCash Pixels™?
A: No. Ultimate Game Card PayByCash Pixels™ have no actual cash value and are not refundable or convertible back into cash. Pixels must be used within two years of Ultimate Game Card redemption or they are forfeit.

Q: I still can't find an Ultimate Game Card at Wal-mart even though it's supposed to be in one of the stores you listed.
A: Please try checking in the electronics section near the computer and console video game systems. While Wal-mart carries many brand name gift cards near their checkouts, most video-gaming related cards are in their electronics department.
